THE COMMISSARY
The Commissary is our one-of-a-kind, boutique food hall where our world-class Food & Beverage Team delivers Everyday Luxury dining experiences exclusively for our People. It is a private oasis designed to nourish, inspire, and bring our community together.
THE TEAM
The mission of the Food & Beverage Department is to deliver Everyday Luxury through unique, engaging, fun, and shareable food & beverage experiences.

Aritzia is growing and our Food & Beverage team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for curating and providing a world-class Commissary program to Aritzia employees.
As the Chef de Partie, Commissary, you will prepare and serve food offerings with the highest level of culinary expertise, while ensuring seamless kitchen operations and an Everyday Luxury experience for all guests. THE ROLE
As the Chef de Partie, Commissary, you will:

Support with curating a highly engaging, fun, and shareable product assortment

Prepare an exceptional product offering

Uphold the standards of operational excellence in the kitchen

Support with ensuring we have the best-in-class equipment for preparation and service
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Chef de Partie, Commissary, has:

Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in:

Food Safety Certification
-
Red Seal Certification, OHFA, an asset

Experience working hot line (pan/fry), garde manger (salads and cold prep), or pizza stations

A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles

The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners

A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

Open availability to work full time between the hours of 7am - 9pm seven days per week, weekends/holidays included (scheduled hours are 40 hours per week)
THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $25/hr - $30/hr CAD. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
