Join Our Team

Converge Construction is looking for skilled carpenters who take pride in their craft and want steady, full‑time work across the Lower Mainland. We run clean, safe, well‑organized sites and value people who bring professionalism, reliability, and strong workmanship.

Please note: this role requires a candidate who will function as a site carpenter who must be willing to engage in all aspects of carpentry: framing, forming, and finish carpentry.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform framing checks and install exterior doors
  • Prep and form stairs, sidewalks, and patios
  • Install backing and misc framing items
  • Operate a telehandler(training available)
  • Estimate materials for site tasks
  • Maintain a clean, organized, safety‑focused jobsite
  • Support the crew, subtrades, and site superintendent to ensure smooth project flow

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of carpentry experience (residential or multifamily)
  • Red Seal Certified
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs
  • Strong English communication and basic math skills
  • Safety‑minded, dependable, and a team player
  • Enjoys hands‑on work and takes pride in quality results
