Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Server/Bartender and become the heart of our vibrant hospitality environment! In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Your energy, attentiveness, and hospitality skills will ensure every visitor has a memorable experience. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
  • Manage multiple tables or bar stations effectively through excellent time management skills
  • Assist in setting up and cleaning work areas to uphold cleanliness and safety standards

Skills

  • Proven experience in restaurant or food service environments, with a strong understanding of hospitality principles
  • Proficiency with POS systems like Micros POS for order processing and cashiering
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
  • Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and change calculation
