Specialized Heavy Haul Truck Driver - Cross Border Canada & USA

If you’re an experienced heavy haul driver, you already know—this isn’t just another driving job.

We’re built for drivers who understand the responsibility behind oversize and overweight hauling and take pride in doing the job to a higher standard.

What This Job Actually Looks Like

This is hands-on, specialized work moving oversize and overweight loads across Canada and the United States. Every move requires planning, communication, and attention to detail.

You’ll be working with a team that understands heavy haul—from dispatch to pilot cars—and expects things to be done properly.

This isn’t about rushing miles. It’s about doing the job right.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for drivers who already understand what it takes to run heavy haul—and take pride in doing it properly.

This role is a good fit for someone who:

  • Solid commercial driving experience - heavy haul can be taught, attitude can't
  • Understands and willing to learn permits, routing, and timing with precision
  • Stays calm under pressure and thinks ahead
  • Communicates well with dispatch, escorts and customers
  • Takes responsibility for load securement, safety, and your equipment
  • Represents the company professionally wherever the job takes you
  • Enjoys the heavy haul industry and the challenges that come with it

Requirements

  • Valid AZ / Class 1 License (or equivalent to)
  • Experience in oversize/overweight hauling is preferred, but not required
  • Strong knowledge of load securement and equipment
  • Must be able to cross the Canada/U.S. border
  • Must be able to pass a drug test

What You Can Expect

  • Well-maintained, specialized equipment built for heavy haul
  • Organized operations with proper planning behind every move
  • Consistent and challenging work
  • A company that values and respects the heavy haul industry

Pay Package

  • Wages are unique to the industry. You can expect to make $90,000-$150,000+ annually
  • Health benefits that begin the day you start
  • Aggressive monthly safety bonuses
  • Clothing & Boot Allowances
  • Monthly cell phone allowance
  • Company supplied credit cards for on road expenses

This isn’t a job for just any driver—and we’re not trying to hire just anyone.

We’ve built our operation around drivers who take pride in what they do, understand the responsibility that comes with heavy haul, and hold themselves to a higher standard.

We don’t do average.

We don’t haul average.

And we’re not looking for average drivers.

If that sounds like you, we want to hear from you.
