Full job description

Sammy J's in Maple Ridge is looking for outgoing and driven individuals who want to be a part of an already well established team. All positions are being hired so if you have experience or a desire to be a part of this fast-paced and exciting atmosphere then we want you to apply.


  • Note that we are a high volume restaurant and are only looking for energetic team players that thrive in a fast paced restaurant environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare food and drinks according to company standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays and on-call shifts

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and reach
