At this time we are accepting in person applicants for a Lot Attendant!

Subaru of London is proud to be Southern Ontario's main sales source of one of the automotive industry's most dynamic brands. Servicing the city of London and surrounding communities, we offer the full selection of Subaru's most requested and popular vehicles. We are a family-run business and we are currently hiring for a dealership Lot Attendant. Please apply in person with references to Joe Prossler, General Sales Manager. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Keyholder that will open the dealership in the morning (gates, turning on lights etc.)
  • Checking in any new vehicles and completing the stock sheet checklist for damages
  • Filling new and pre-owned vehicles with fuel as needed
  • Arranging and parking vehicles in their designated lot areas
  • Delivering and picking up licensing as needed
  • Replacing sold vehicles and empty spaces with new inventory and ensuring most marketable are put on display as instructed by Sales Managers.
  • Ensuring lot is organized, clean and free from trash, litter and debris
  • Ensuring walkways are clear of ice and snow during the winter months
  • Assisting the detailers with task such as washing vehicles when necessary
  • Timely communication with appropriate Manager as issues arise

Requirements include but not limited to:

  • Prior automotive dealership experience preferred
  • Valid drivers license and clean drivers abstract
  • Proficient with driving both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
  • Ability to multi task and stay organized
  • Team mentality with the ability to take the initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Quick learner with the motivation to learn and grow with the business
