Premiere Vancouver Island Spa Destination Hiring Front Desk Agent

Kingfisher Pacific Resort and Spa is an award-winning destination nestled in a stunning oceanfront setting. Renowned for its panoramic views, exceptional amenities, and commitment to genuine hospitality, the resort offers guests a rejuvenating escape with world-class spa experiences, exquisite dining, and breathtaking natural surroundings. We are dedicated to creating memorable moments for our guests and fostering a vibrant, positive team environment. We are in search of the right individual for this challenging position.

This position will start as Part Time, leading to Full Time in September.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and register guests upon arrival
  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs
  • Handle room reservations and spa bookings
  • Provide information about resort amenities, services, and local attractions
  • Respond to guest requests and ensure a high level of customer service
  • Maintain accurate guest records and reservations

Qualifications

  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced guest service environment
  • On-the-job training will be provided

Schedule

  • Part Time leading to Full-time position in September
  • MUST be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
