Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our team with enthusiasm and expertise. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food safety and quality. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver memorable dining experiences while managing all aspects of restaurant management with confidence.

Duties

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction
  • Lead and motivate team members through effective team management, including interviewing and training new staff
  • Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling to meet safety standards and quality expectations
  • Manage POS systems such as Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling procedures
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper kitchen hygiene practices
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to maximize efficiency
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold excellent customer service standards

Experience

  • Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or food service environment
  • Strong background in restaurant management, including team leadership and operational oversight
  • Hands-on experience with food preparation, cooking, and food handling techniques
  • Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence
  • Knowledge of food safety protocols and restaurant industry best practices
  • Previous hotel or barista experience is a plus but not required
