Job Summary

Join our dynamic culinary team as a Line Cook/Prep Cook, where your passion for food and dedication to quality will shine! Duties

  • Prepare ingredients and assemble components for menu items with precision and efficiency
  • Cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to ensure food safety and hygiene compliance
  • Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination
  • Support the kitchen team during busy service periods by assisting with plating and meal assembly
  • Ensure all food served meets quality standards through careful attention to detail
  • Follow safety protocols related to cooking equipment and food storage practices
  • Assist with inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of supply needs

Experience

  • Previous experience in food preparation or cooking within a restaurant or food industry setting required
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling techniques is essential
  • Familiarity with serving procedures and customer service expectations beneficial
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment that demands multitasking and teamwork
  • Basic understanding of kitchen equipment, meal preparation, and cooking techniques required
  • Food service experience demonstrating reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude preferred
