Join the Team at Lou’s Grill — Abbotsford’s Finest Eatery for Over 25 Years

Lou’s Grill isn’t just a bar & grill — it’s an Abbotsford landmark. Known for fine food, warm ambience, premium drinks, cool tunes, a heated smoking patio, fireplaces, flat‑screen TVs, and late‑night energy, Lou’s has been the Fraser Valley’s go‑to spot since 1991.

We’re looking for a Server who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and brings personality, professionalism, and great vibes to every shift.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver unforgettable guest experiences with confidence and charm
  • Handle high‑volume sections during peak hours, happy hour, and late nights
  • Recommend and upsell our signature dishes, cocktails, and daily features
  • Work seamlessly with bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff to keep service smooth
  • Maintain clean, organized sections and service stations
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a busy bar or restaurant (preferred)
  • Strong multitasking and communication skills
  • A positive, outgoing attitude — you enjoy the buzz of a packed house
  • Ability to stay cool under pressure
  • Serving It Right certification (or willingness to get it
