Work – Commercial & Industrial Flatworks & Above/Below Grade Structural

Duration – Seasonal / project-based — strong conversion to full-time permanent based on performance & fit

Locations – Edmonton/St. Albert-based with periodic out-of-town work (3–21 days, ~10–30% of the year) across Alberta and beyond

Compensation – $35–$45/hr, based on experience and competency

You know formwork — flatwork and structural. Come build the complex work with a crew that takes quality seriously.

Why this is worth your time

  • Pay for what you bring. Competitive rate set to your experience and competency.
  • Technically complex work. High-value industrial and commercial concrete projects across Alberta.
  • See new ground. Travel and variety across Alberta, and into BC and Saskatchewan.
  • A team that means it. Quality, safety, and accountability are non-negotiable here.
  • A future, not just a job. Seasonal entry with a strong path to permanent — a growing values & mission driven company to build a career with.

What you'll build

  • Lay out, build, and strip formwork for flatwork and structural concrete
  • Set forms to elevation and alignment — to drawings and field instruction
  • Support rebar, anchor-bolt setting, and pre-pour prep
  • Keep a clean, organized, safe work area on active industrial and commercial sites

What you bring

  • Journeyman Carpenter ticket, or equivalent field experience (3+ years concrete formwork)
  • You read and work from construction drawings
  • Valid Class 5 (non-GDL) licence, clean 3-year abstract
  • Can clear all industrial/plant site access requirements (safety tickets, D&A testing)
  • Reliable and punctual, working independently or as part of a crew
  • Saturday availability as schedules require
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada

Nice to have: Engineered forming systems (Doka, Peri, Duraform, Aluma) · industrial or energy project background · First Aid / OHSA / CSTS 2020.
