Salary: $51,000–$53,000 annually
Full-time | Permanent
Location: Calgary, AB (Near YYC Airport)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant/ Food & Beverage Manager to join our team at a full-service hotel near Calgary International Airport.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional who enjoys leading people, creating memorable guest experiences, and working in a fast-paced restaurant and banquet environment.

You'll work alongside a supportive leadership team while overseeing evening restaurant operations, coaching staff, and ensuring exceptional service for our guests.

What You'll Do

  • Lead daily evening restaurant operations
  • Coach and develop restaurant team members
  • Deliver exceptional guest service
  • Ensure food safety and quality standards are maintained
  • Manage labour, inventory and food costs
  • Support banquet operations as required
  • Hire, train and mentor new team members
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef and hotel leadership team

What You'll Bring

  • 1+ years of restaurant leadership or management experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
  • Experience with POS systems and cash handling
  • Banquet experience is considered an asset
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Pay: $51,000.00-$54,000.00 per year
