What are the duties to perform:


  • Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation standards.
  • Set up and stock workstations with all necessary ingredients and supplies before service.
  • Properly store, label, and rotate food items using FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.
  • Keep workstations, kitchen equipment, and food preparation areas clean and organized.
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
