What You’ll Do

As a Licensed Insurance Advisor, you’ll speak with existing and referred customers to understand their needs, explain available insurance solutions, and help them make informed coverage decisions. You’ll focus on providing a professional, helpful and human-centered customer experience while representing some of Canada’s leading insurance and financial services organizations.

What You Bring

  • Hold a valid Life and Accident & Sickness Insurance licence (LLQP)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal abilities
  • Builds rapport easily and enjoys helping people
  • Comfortable discussing insurance products and identifying customer needs
  • Motivated by achieving individual and team goals
  • Can work 8-hour shifts Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts

Toronto — Our downtown office is just steps from Union Station at the intersection of Front and University.

Whitby — Conveniently located in the Whitby Mall, it is spacious, bright, open concept. The DRT is a 2-minute walk, located just outside our office building.
