POSITIONS Prep + Line Cooks
DESCRIPTION
- Execute dishes quickly and efficiently according to house recipes and presentation specifications
- Assist with daily food prep, ordering and inventory management
- Ability to inspect, receive and store all kitchen related items
- Comply with the airport's food safety rules, as well as high sanitary standards and hygiene measures
