Full job description

Namaka Farms is a family run feedlot, cow/calf, and farming operation based near Outlook, SK. We are looking for individuals to help us expand our feedlot and cow/calf component of the operation.

Candidates will require extensive cow/calf experience, feedlot experience, or dairy experience. They will need to have strong leadership skills, work well in a team environment, and be comfortable training junior employees.

Primary Duties consist of:

1) Feeding and caring for cattle (including Pen Riding)

2) Helping oversee and manage a large cow/calf heard.

3) General Maintenance of the facility (fixing fences, water troughs, etc)

4) The operation and maintenance of equipment used

5) Construction projects to help facilitate expansion of the feedlot

6) Help with the farming operation as required

Housing is available if required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
