Full job description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of multi-family residential properties across Ontario. The successful candidate will bring over a decade of hands-on experience in property management, outstanding leadership and customer service skills, and be comfortable using a variety of digital platforms and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple multi-family residential properties
  • Conduct regular on-site visits across Ontario (travel is required)
  • Supervise and coordinate with on-site Superintendents and maintenance staff
  • Manage maintenance projects, repairs, and capital improvements
  • Provide exceptional service to tenants and respond to concerns in a timely manner
  • Handle lease renewals, rent collections, move-ins/move-outs, and tenant communications
  • Utilize Yardi Management Software, Excel, Google Workspace, and other technology platforms to maintain records and streamline operations
  • Prepare budgets, analyze financial reports, and ensure cost-effective property management
  • Ensure all operations comply with local laws, building codes, and company policies
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operations
  • Lead by example to foster a collaborative, service-oriented team culture

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience managing multi-family residential properties
  • Proficiency in Yardi, Excel, and Google platforms
  • Strong leadership and team management experience
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to resolve tenant and property issues efficiently and professionally
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for site travel
  • Customer service background and ability to work well with diverse populations
  • Self-motivated, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented
