Larlee Rosenberg is Western Canada’s largest dedicated immigration law firm. Based in Vancouver, our lawyers are recognized as leaders in Canadian immigration law. We represent individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and high-profile employers across a wide range of industries, including technology, scientific research, education, professional sports, entertainment, infrastructure, hospitality, and natural resources. Why Join Larlee Rosenberg

This role is primarily focused on supporting immigration litigation before the Federal Court of Canada and the Immigration and Refugee Board. You will work closely with lawyers and clients on judicial reviews, procedural fairness matters, inadmissibility issues, affidavit preparation, litigation document preparation, and other complex immigration matters. You will also assist with a broad range of immigration applications, including economic immigration, work permits, and family reunification.

Whether you are looking to build a long-term career in immigration law, gain litigation experience, or develop specialized expertise in one of Canada's most dynamic areas of law, this position offers an exceptional learning opportunity.

This is a full-time salaried position with competitive compensation, extended health benefits, and vacation entitlement. Compensation will be reflective of your experience and qualifications. We provide in-house education and will support you in building new skills and advancing your knowledge. Our office is conveniently located in Downtown Vancouver near the Canada and Expo Lines.
