A boutique law firm in Toronto, specializing in Plaintiff Long Term Disability Insurance Litigation seeks a Client Service Coordinator with practical experience in the insurance, legal or health care industry to provide personal client support. This is a full-time position in the office only.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a client-facing, customer service, healthcare, social services, legal, rehabilitation, or other helping profession
  • Mental health first aid training (MHFA) (Considered an asset)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong empathy, patience, and emotional intelligence
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with individuals facing difficult circumstances
  • Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism

What You'll Do

As a Client Service Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for current clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to client inquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Providing compassionate and professional support to clients throughout their case
  • Gathering, organizing, and maintaining important documentation and information required for legal files
  • Following up with clients, healthcare providers, insurers, and other parties to obtain necessary records and documents
  • Answering questions and directing clients to appropriate resources within the firm
  • Maintaining accurate client records and case information
  • Assisting with administrative and clerical tasks to support the legal team
  • Ensuring timely communication and exceptional client service at every stage of the process
