Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation and cooking, with a strong focus on food safety and quality. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Prior restaurant and kitchen experience is preferred, but we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. The position involves preparing ingredients, cooking dishes to specifications, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.

Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients
  • Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts
  • Serve dishes promptly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Follow food safety guidelines at all times during meal preparation and service
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours
  • Restock supplies as needed and assist with inventory management
