Full job description

Adecco is hiring several Warehouse Associates / Picker-Packers for full-time opportunities in Milton, ON. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in warehouse operations, order picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, RF scanning, and order fulfillment.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play an important role in supporting daily warehouse operations by accurately picking and packing customer orders, preparing shipments, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.   • Pay Rate: $21.00/hour

  • Location: Milton, ON

  • Job type: Temporary to permanent | Full-time

Light Picker/Packer Responsibilities:

  • Pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and picking carts.

  • Sort, scan, and place products into designated bins accurately.

  • Prepare, package, and label orders for shipment.

  • Verify order accuracy and support inventory control activities.

  • Assist with warehouse organization and general labour tasks as required.

  • Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.

Light Picker/Packer Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 months of warehouse, distribution centre, order picking, packing, or general labour experience.

  • Experience using RF scanners is considered an asset.

  • Experience performing inventory counts or cycle counts is considered an asset.

  • Ability to stand, bend, walk, and remain active throughout the shift.

  • Ability to lift and move products up to 50 lbs.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
