Duties

  • Engage with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of customer needs to recommend appropriate insurance coverage.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and ongoing support.
  • Bilingual skills, French and/or English, an asset.
  • Manage sales administration tasks such as processing policies, updating client records, and tracking sales activities.
  • Negotiate policy terms with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction while meeting company standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase outreach and brand awareness in local communities.

Skills

  • Proven experience in sales and servicing of residential, commercial, farm and auto lines of business
  • Strong analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate confidently.
  • Customer service orientation with a passion for helping clients protect their assets.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategies, and sales administration processes.

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
