At Erin Park Lexus Toyota we have an exciting opportunity to join our service department as a Lexus Service Advisor. "Let's Build a Career Together" #erinparkjobs

The Service Advisor is the dealership’s front-line guest relations and service sales representative. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while identifying service and maintenance needs, providing professional recommendations, and ensuring a seamless service visit from start to finish.

As a Lexus Service Advisor you are responsible for:

  • Promptly welcome and assist guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Listen to guest concerns and accurately document service requirements.
  • Provide clear and accurate estimates for recommended maintenance and repair work.
  • Conduct vehicle walk-arounds to document vehicle condition and identify items that may require attention.
  • Present maintenance recommendations based on the manufacturer's schedule.
  • Keep guests informed throughout the service process and ensure all questions are answered.
  • Coordinate with technicians and internal departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
  • Build lasting relationships through exceptional communication and follow-up.

Qualifications:

  • 1 - 2 years experience delivering a highly guest-focused service experience within a luxury automotive dealership environment.

  • Experience working with Net Promoter Score (NPS) programs and customer satisfaction metrics.

  • Valid G drivers license.
