Walk into a furnished office with clients, administration, reception, billing, marketing and overhead already taken care of — and focus on being a therapist.

We are expanding our Medicine Hat office and Opening in Lethbridge in the coming weeks.

As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our reach by launching our Revive and Thrive Program in person in Alberta, in addition to expanding our Private Practice.

We are seeking skilled and compassionate therapists to join our team as independent contractors. This role offers a hybrid caseload model, combining a consistent stream of program-referred clients while we help you establish and grow your private practice.

More than administration support

Many practices offer room rentals with additional charges for basic administrative support. We take a more comprehensive approach.

We understand the realities of clinical work—balancing client care, documentation, scheduling, and the demands of running a practice. We reduce that burden so you can focus on delivering high-quality care and building a sustainable, fulfilling career.

We provide support across all aspects of practice, including:

Overhead, furnished therapy rooms, group therapy space, office space.

Reception, including; check in, intake, booking, calendar management to your schedule, billing invoicing, direct billing (Telus Health, SunLife, Provider Connect)

Consistent referrals to support your caseload, from both the private sector and program funded clients

Marketing and online presence, including clinician profiles

Peer collaboration and a supportive team environment

Qualifications

Registered Psychologist, Clinical Social Worker, or equivalent, Counselling Therapist, RTC etc.

In good standing with a regulatory college or professional association

Strong clinical judgment and professional boundaries

Professional liability insurance

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
