We are currently seeking a Service Associate to join our team in Dorval, or Brassard to support our Investment and Wealth Advisory Group at CI Wealth. The Service Associate will play a crucial role in facilitating account management and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the team.Ce que vous apportez :

- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook et PowerPoint).
- La connaissance de DocuSign et de Salesforce constitue un atout.
- Solides compétences en analyse, administration, résolution de problèmes et organisation.
- Grande autonomie et attitude positive.
- Capacité démontrée à collaborer efficacement au sein d’une équipe et à maintenir un haut niveau de professionnalisme dans un environnement dynamique avec des délais serrés.
Vos responsabilités :
- Traiter avec précision les transactions quotidiennes de fonds communs de placement, d’actions et d’obligations.
- Préparer la documentation relative aux achats, rachats, échanges et transferts en nature de placements.
- Gérer et maintenir les systèmes de classement et d’archivage.
- Mettre à jour et traiter les demandes administratives non financières.
- Collaborer avec l’équipe de soutien administratif d’Assante pour les transferts, les questions administratives et les tâches d’entretien des dossiers.
- Participer à la coordination des activités de marketing numérique.
- Agir comme premier point de contact pour les nouveaux clients des Comptes nationaux et les orienter vers les ressources appropriées de CI Assante.
What you bring:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial services industry with a focus on operations and client’s services.
- Post-secondary education.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with DocuSign, and Salesforce is a plus.
- Strong analytical, administrative, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Proven ability to collaborate well in a team environment and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced setting with tight deadlines.
What you will do:
- Accurately process daily mutual fund, stock, and bond trades.
- Prepare paperwork for investment purchases, redemptions, switches, and in-kind transfers.
- Manage and maintain filing systems.
- Update and maintain non financial requests.
- Liaise with Assante back office on transfers, administration issues, and maintenance tasks.
- Assist with coordinating digital marketing.
- Be the first point of contact for new National Account clients and triage with the appropriate CI Assante resources.
