  • Assess the creditworthiness of prospective dealers by analyzing financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant information to determine risk levels and make informed lending decisions.
  • Manage ad-hoc team tasks such as verification of contract info (e.g. PINs, credit scores, etc.) in bulk securitization requests where delegation may be required.
  • Implement strategies for managing credit exposure and minimizing bad debt losses.
  • Provide best-in-class support and service to our dealers and sales team by onboarding new partners and approving leasing applications in a timely fashion.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the credit and risk management teams, including training, mentoring, and performance management to ensure high-quality work and professional development.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior management, finance, sales, and legal departments, to communicate credit and risk-related issues, provide insights, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Continuously assess and improve credit and risk management processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and accuracy in decision-making and risk mitigation.
  • Own the creation and implementation of special projects relating to credit system enhancements, automation, policy updates and new lending channels.
  • Communicate with the Partner Support Services and Sales Teams on contract requirements to ensure quality vendor training.
  • Answer queries from internal and external sales staff pertaining to applications submitted for enhanced analysis and/or exception approval.
  • Prepare detailed internal reports and dashboards.
  • Make outbound dealer calls where required to collect additional underwriting information needed to make a funding decision.
  • Uphold and embody company values in all work and interactions, contributing to a positive and supportive team culture.
