- Implement strategies for managing credit exposure and minimizing bad debt losses.
- Provide best-in-class support and service to our dealers and sales team by onboarding new partners and approving leasing applications in a timely fashion.

- Continuously assess and improve credit and risk management processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and accuracy in decision-making and risk mitigation.
- Own the creation and implementation of special projects relating to credit system enhancements, automation, policy updates and new lending channels.
- Communicate with the Partner Support Services and Sales Teams on contract requirements to ensure quality vendor training.
- Answer queries from internal and external sales staff pertaining to applications submitted for enhanced analysis and/or exception approval.
- Prepare detailed internal reports and dashboards.
- Make outbound dealer calls where required to collect additional underwriting information needed to make a funding decision.
- Uphold and embody company values in all work and interactions, contributing to a positive and supportive team culture.
