Mezza Lebanese Kitchen Assistant Manager – Fall River (Halifax)

Mezza Lebanese Kitchen FALL RIVER is now hiring a full-time Assistant Manager to join our leadership team.

Type: Full-Time, must be available days, evenings, and weekends
Pay: $17.75 to $23.00 per hour including tips

What makes this role different
This is not just a support role. You will work directly with the Store Manager and Franchise Owner, learning what it takes to run a successful restaurant. You’ll be trusted with real responsibility and given the tools to grow into a full Store Manager position.

What you’ll be doing
Leading shifts and setting the tone for the team
Supporting daily operations to ensure fast, consistent, high quality service
Interviewing and helping hire new team members
Training and developing employees to meet Mezza standards
Creating weekly schedules using Push Operations
Managing labour and food cost targets and making real time adjustments
Holding the team accountable to cleanliness, food safety, and service standards
Handling customer interactions and resolving issues professionally
Working closely with the Store Manager and Franchise Owner on performance and growth plans

What we’re looking for
Leadership mindset and a strong sense of ownership
Experience in restaurants or hospitality is an asset
Confidence in coaching, training, and developing a team
Strong communication and decision making skills
Ability to stay organized and perform under pressure
A positive attitude with high standards and attention to detail
Someone who wants to grow into a Store Manager role
