Fix Network
is looking for a Learning Support Coordinator in our Milton who loves to put the foot to the floor! The Learning Support Coordinator is responsible for identifying needs and making recommendations on the continuous improvements for training systems and processes, coordinating all logistics and performing administrative tasks to ensure courses run smoothly, and analyzing data from course evaluations and making recommendations


The daily road of a
Learning Support Coordinator

  • Assist in producing and leading instructor-led training sessions using virtual platforms, such as Microsoft Teams
  • Design and deploy training evaluations, monitor feedback, and make recommendations for future changes to course design.
  • Partner with the business on key learning initiatives and instructor led design projects as required.
  • Maintain and market learning and development programs and products.
  • Provide input into the quality and consistency of new and existing learning and development products and materials to ensure effectiveness in achieving desired developmental results.
  • Receiving and responding to SP learning related queries via the different emails.
  • Generate and distribute reports as required.
  • Function as a central communication point for training with other departments.
  • Coordinate training schedules, locations, and payment.
  • Coordinate outside resources as they relate to business/training needs.
  • Organize and develop training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials such as handouts and visual aids.
  • Support the operation team and strategic partners to meet the certifications progress and achievement.
  • Management of the training budget in collaboration with administrative assistance in each location.
  • Work closely with the technical trainer for the preparation of training plans.
  • Support all training programs, initiatives, and transitions.
  • Other related duties as assigned.


The pilot we are looking for :

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Collegial diploma in Training & Development or in a related field
  • Proficiency of the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated knowledge that usually comes with 3-5 years’ experience with adult learning principles, exposure to course design and eLearning development software is considered an asset
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems is considered an asset
