Job Summary

Bair Family Law is one of Barrie’s leading Family Law practices, focusing on a carriage trade clientele and progressive, solution-focused lawyering.

Requirements for Success:

  • a minimum of 4 years of experience working in Family Law
  • a membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
  • extensive experience before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice
  • experience before the Ontario Divisional Court and Court of Appeal would be an advantage;
  • training and/or experience in Mediation, Collaborative Family Law, and Judicial Dispute Resolution would be an advantage
  • the ability to thrive in a high-performance organizational culture
  • strong strategic management skills
  • strong people and team management skills
  • an orientation toward progressive dispute resolution
  • a keen understanding of the business component of the practice of law
