Skill Required

  • Involves the use of equipment and hand tools (line trimmers, mowers, backpack blowers, line trimmers, rototillers, garden tools, etc.)
  • Ability to lift, load and unload materials used with different types of jobs (soils, mulches, etc.)
  • To complete full landscaping maintenance projects
  • Able to operate a crew efficiently and at company standards
  • Equipment maintenance (all lawn equipment and more)
  • Able to manage routes and clients independently and efficiently
  • Follow detailed instructions along with site layouts and site management

Role Requirements

  • Industry experience: 2 years (minimum)
  • Transportation to work (required)
  • Drivers license: G (required)
  • Ability to work with a team or independently
  • Must be outgoing, motivated and organized
  • Demonstrate an understanding of health and safety at all times
  • Willing to work in all weather conditions
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Available for weekends seasonally
