We hire self-motivated, team-minded individuals with a strong work ethic, integrity and a commitment to client service.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 to 5+ years of direct experience handling real estate transactions with minimal supervision
  • In-depth knowledge of residential and commercial real estate transactions (preferred)
  • Ability to draft and review legal documents, such as purchase agreements, leases, and title documents
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in using legal software and document management systems
  • A diploma in paralegal studies or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proven experience in administrative support or paralegal roles within a legal environment, preferably in property law
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent writing skills with attention to detail for drafting legal documents
  • Experience with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records
  • Effective interviewing skills for gathering case-related information from clients or witnesses
  • Knowledge of legal procedures related to property transactions and litigation processes
  • Strong proofreading skills to ensure document accuracy and compliance with legal standards
  • Excellent phone etiquette for professional communication with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally
