Role Summary: Reporting to the Store Manager, the Key Holder supports the management team in achieving sales goals while delivering a high level of customer service. This role assists the Store Manager in maintaining store operations while carrying out the Laura Secord vision.

Major Tasks:

  • Supports the management team in achieving sales objectives.
  • Consistently follows Customer Service standards.
  • Ensures all opening/closing procedures are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provides honest and constructive feedback to the Manager.
  • Helps maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the store.
  • Follows merchandising guidelines and plans.
  • Adheres to company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve store goals.
  • Supports the team in delivering the company’s objectives and new initiatives.
  • Performs other related tasks.

Education/Experience:
