Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Residential & Commercial Cleaner to join our professional cleaning team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to both residential and commercial clients, ensuring their spaces are spotless, organized, and welcoming. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent time management and organizational skills, capable of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Basic English communication skills are an asset. Previous experience in cleaning, hospitality, or related fields is highly valued. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where professionalism and attention to detail are paramount.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Handle laundry services such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
• Prepare and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency
• Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and courteously
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to uphold company standards

Skills

• Strong cleaning skills with experience in residential and commercial environments.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Ability to perform laundry duties accurately and efficiently.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills to build positive client relationships.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Familiarity with cleaning products, tools, and safety procedure.
• Residential, commercial, Airbnb, move-in/move-out and deep cleaning.
• Travel throughout the GTA.
• Must be reliable, punctual and detail-oriented.
• Valid SIN and legal authorization to work in Canada.
• Driver’s licence and own vehicle are an asset.
• Starting wage: $19/hour before deductions.
• Pay increases based on performance and reliability.
• Approximately 60–66 hours bi-weekly (hours may vary depending on client demand).
• Long-term position.
