Rosa’s and Atomic 10 are vibrant, Latin-inspired restaurants seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional Server/Bartender to join our team across both locations. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, thrive in fast-paced environments, and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences.

In this role, serve beverages and provide knowledgeable food and drink recommendations, and help create a warm, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere that reflects our Latin-inspired concept. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic and team-oriented hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately and efficiently using a POS system.
  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, engaging service.
  • Offer knowledgeable recommendations on food, cocktails, wine, and specials.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas in accordance with food safety and handling standards.
  • Process cash and electronic transactions accurately and responsibly.
  • Ensure responsible alcohol service by monitoring guest consumption and adhering to all legal regulations.
  • Restock bar supplies, including glassware, garnishes, and beverages.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to uphold a positive and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, particularly in serving or bartending roles.
  • Familiarity with POS systems.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Energetic personality, team-oriented mindset, and genuine passion for hospitality.

Pay: $17.60-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 35.0 per week
