Full job description

BLI Canada is looking for an organized, proactive, and people-oriented Campus Coordinator to run the day-to-day operations of our Québec City campus and help deliver an outstanding experience for students and teachers alike. This is an immediate-start role — we're looking to fill it as soon as possible.

This is a hands-on role at the heart of campus life. You'll be the person who keeps everything running smoothly, the first point of contact for teachers and students, and a key link to our Montréal-based teams. It's ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, international environment and takes genuine pride in making things work well.

Location & eligibility

Québec City, QC. You must be currently located in Canada and legally authorized to work in Canada. Candidates in Montréal or elsewhere in Canada who are willing to relocate quickly are warmly encouraged to apply.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate the daily operations of the campus and keep things running smoothly.
  • Be the main point of contact for teachers and a trusted resource for students.
  • Support students throughout their stay, from orientation through follow-up, ensuring an excellent experience.
  • Manage class schedules, room assignments, and operational logistics.
  • Resolve day-to-day issues calmly and professionally.
  • Work closely with our Montréal-based Admissions, Academic, Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with BLI policies.
  • Foster a collaborative, positive, and welcoming campus environment.

What you bring

  • Currently located in Canada and legally authorized to work in Canada (required).
  • Availability to start immediately.
  • Fluency in French and English, spoken and written (required).
  • A third language is a definite asset — many of our students come from Latin America, Asia, and beyond.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Experience in education, customer service, administration, hospitality, or operations.
  • Experience with international students or in a language school / educational institution (a strong asset).

What we offer

  • A permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary based on experience.
  • The backing of an experienced, collaborative Montréal team.
  • A genuinely international and multicultural workplace.
  • Professional development opportunities.
  • The chance to shape and grow our Québec City campus, with real ownership of your role.

To apply

  • Send your CV and a short cover note to p.tangs@bli.ca as soon as possible. We're reviewing applications and interviewing on a rolling basis, and will contact shortlisted candidates right away.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
