Job Overview
The Four Seasons is seeking a professional and dedicated Overnight Valet Lead to oversee the nightly parking operations at our luxury hotel. This leadership role requires a proactive individual with excellent customer service skills, hospitality experience, and the ability to manage a team effectively. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless guest experiences, maintain high standards of service, and uphold the esteemed reputation of The Four Seasons.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the overnight valet team to deliver exceptional guest services.
  • Coordinate parking and retrieval of guest vehicles efficiently and safely.
  • Assist guests with luggage handling, directions, and other concierge services as needed.
  • Ensure all guest interactions are professional, courteous, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and escalate concerns when necessary.
  • Manage cash handling procedures accurately and securely.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area throughout the shift.
  • Train new team members on valet procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations.
  • Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement.

Experience

  • Prior dealership or hospitality experience is preferred.
  • Proven track record in guest services or customer-facing roles within luxury environments.
  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
  • Experience with cash handling and POS systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on hospitality excellence.
  • Ability to lead a team effectively during overnight shifts while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a valet or similar setting is advantageous. This role offers an opportunity to be part of a prestigious hotel brand where professionalism, guest satisfaction, and teamwork are highly valued.

Shift Time: 11 PM-7 AM
