We are looking for a Bilingual Logistics Support Coordinator (Tier 1) (En/Fr) for our North York location.

The Bilingual Logistics Support Coordinator (Tier 1) plays a critical role in providing customer-facing service throughout all stages of the last-mile delivery process. We're looking for a proactive problem-solver that takes initiative to investigate and resolve customer issues. The primary focus of the role is to ensure customer satisfaction and effective problem-solving. The Logistics Support Coordinator (Tier 1) will be the primary point of contact for customers, customer support teams, and delivery partners to answer questions, schedule deliveries, and coordinate scheduled store transfers between CAS distribution centers and local stores.

Compensation: $42,000 annually, commensurate with experience

What you will be doing! Your day to day will involve:

• Serve as the primary point of contact to coordinate and manage deliveries, addressing any discrepancies swiftly to ensure seamless service for customers and events.
• Handle customer questions and concerns over the phone with empathy and efficiency, going the extra mile to deliver a delightful customer experience.
• Receive inbound calls from customers and delivery teams, providing effective solutions and taking decisive follow-up actions to resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct outbound calls to schedule or confirm delivery appointments, keeping customers informed and reassured every step of the way.
• Manage all communications and queries related to home delivery through Phone, Home Delivery inbox, order notes, and internal ticketing system
• Monitor order management systems proactively, prioritizing the resolution of delayed or problematic orders to maintain customer satisfaction.

What we are looking for…

• Experience in providing excellent Customer Service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with customers, delivery partners, and internal teams.
• Customer-centric approach to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented to maintain accurate delivery records/order notes and reporting.
• Proficient in Google/Microsoft Office suite and learning new technologies.
• Solutions-oriented mindset to identify issues and recommend solutions.
• English/French bilingual proficiency is a requirement.
