Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Medical Aesthetician with a minimum of 1 year experience to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional skincare services and treatments for our clients while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Your expertise in various aesthetic procedures will help enhance the overall client experience, and ensure complete patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth consultations and offer recommendations for treatment plans.
  • Perform a variety of skincare treatments including laser+ laser hair removal, facials, medical grade peels, micro-needling, and specialty skin treatments.
  • Educate clients about pre and post care treatment instructions.
  • Document encounters.
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in treatment areas and equipment before, during, and after treatment.
  • Offer excellent customer service by greeting clients warmly, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their comfort throughout their visit.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their skincare goals and recommend appropriate treatments or products.
  • Followup with clients to ensure highest satisfaction and patient retention.
  • Assist with the clinic's social media presence to promote clinic and treatments.
  • Promote retail sale to complement laser treatments.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in aesthetics and continuously improve your skills through professional development.

Experience

  • Certification or training in laser technology/aesthetics.
  • Mandatory to have clinical knowledge and skills to assess skin conditions including ACNE, MELASMA, PIGMENTATION, ROSACEA, HAIR REMOVAL, and other skin conditions.
  • Experience in treating a wide range of skin tones.
  • Experience with medical grade skin products and ability to effectively promote products.
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding towards clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of the clinic team.
