We are a medical spa and looking for an experienced, passionate, and client-focused Medical Aesthetician / Advanced Laser Technician to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of the industry’s most advanced aesthetic technologies, including Morpheus8 and PicoWay, while helping clients look and feel their best.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Conduct professional skin assessments and client consultations.
  • Develop customized treatment plans based on each client’s goals.
  • Safely perform advanced medical aesthetic treatments.
  • Educate clients on treatment options, expectations, and post-care instructions.
  • Recommend skincare products and treatment packages that support client results.
  • Maintain accurate treatment records and clinical documentation.
  • Ensure treatment rooms and equipment meet the highest cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Deliver an exceptional five-star client experience from consultation through follow-up.

Treatments You’ll Perform

Experience with one or more of the following is preferred:

  • Laser Hair Removal
  • Morpheus8 RF Microneedling
  • PicoWay Laser Treatments
  • Radio Frequency Skin Tightening
  • Chemical Peels

Training may be provided for exceptional candidates with a strong aesthetic background.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has

  • Medical Aesthetician Diploma or equivalent certification.
  • Laser certification (preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical spa or cosmetic clinic (preferred).
  • Excellent consultation and communication skills.
  • Strong client retention and relationship-building abilities.
  • Confidence recommending treatment plans and retail skincare.
  • Professional appearance and a positive, energetic attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays.
