Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate, professional, and client-focused Aesthetician to join our growing skincare and beauty team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional aesthetic services while creating a warm, welcoming, and personalized experience for every guest. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in advanced skincare treatments, committed to delivering outstanding results, and dedicated to building lasting client relationships through exceptional care and service.

Responsibilities include conducting thorough skin consultations, performing a variety of aesthetic treatments, recommending customized skincare solutions, and educating clients on treatment plans and home care. You will also promote professional retail products to support client outcomes and contribute to business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative, wellness-focused environment where excellence in client care, continuous learning, and professional development are valued.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in a medical or non medical spa setting following diploma, certification, or graduate training
  • Current certification and practical experience with:
  • Hydrafacial
  • Chemical peels
  • Assets (Bonus Qualifications)
  • Certification and/or experience with:
  • Laser hair removal
  • Microneedling
  • CO₂ laser treatments
  • Carbon peels
  • Tattoo removal
  • Core Competencies
  • Strong understanding of skin types, skin conditions, and treatment contraindications
  • Ability to create customized, results-driven treatment plans
  • Efficient, detail-oriented, and protocol-driven approach to treatments
  • Professional, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced med spa environment

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
