Assistant Manager – Morris East (Larry Uteck)

Morris East on Larry Uteck is looking for an Experienced Server / Assistant Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serving Tables - Manage your own section while delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Confidently recommend food and beverage options, including wine features
  • Support the training and development of team members
  • Assist with day-to-day restaurant operations alongside the management team
  • Oversee service flow ensuring smooth and efficient operations
  • Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and organization

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of serving experience (required)
  • Minimum 1 year of management or leadership experience
  • Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Wine knowledge and bartending experience are considered assets
  • Valid Smart Serve certification
