Landscape Maintenance Crew – Full-Time | North Vancouver, BC $25.00–$30.00/hr

We're looking for a dedicated and passionate landscaper to join our crew! If you take pride in your work, love being outdoors, and thrive in a team environment, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, full-time position focused on keeping our clients' green spaces healthy, vibrant, and well-maintained. You'll be working alongside an experienced, hard-working, and easy-going team in and around North Vancouver.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain garden beds — planting, pruning, and weeding
  • Perform lawn and landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, hedging, and seasonal cleanups
  • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
  • Keep tools and work areas clean, organized, and safe

What We're Looking For

  • Ideally, candidates will have minimum 1 year of landscape maintenance experience
  • Proficient with hand tools (shovels, rakes, pruners) and power tools (lawnmowers, trimmers)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable driving experience (preferred)
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions with a positive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality

Location: North Vancouver, BC — must be able to reliably commute or relocate prior to start date.
