Job Overview

We are seeking a full-time Gardener to join our team, available immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plant identification, weed management, and general garden maintenance. This role focuses on keeping established garden beds clean, healthy, and well-maintained. The Gardener will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure outdoor spaces remain tidy and thriving.

Duties

  • Perform regular weeding and garden bed maintenance.
  • Identify and manage plant health issues as they arise.
  • Carry out seasonal clean-ups, mulching, and light pruning.
  • Operate and maintain gardening equipment safely and effectively.
  • Communicate with team members and clients when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of plant and weed identification.
  • Reliable transportation to the work truck (parking available).
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
