Landscape Business Development RepresentativeIdeal for Landscape Foremen, Account Managers, Estimators, Designers, or Construction Leaders Ready for Their Next Career StepFraser Valley, BC

You’ve spent years in landscaping.

You know quality work when you see it.

You can walk onto a property and immediately spot opportunities that most people miss. Maybe it’s a drainage issue. Maybe it’s a retaining wall nearing failure. Maybe it’s an underutilized outdoor space that could be transformed.

You understand landscaping because you’ve lived it.

Now you’re looking for an opportunity to leverage that experience in a new way.

At Transformation Landscaping, we’re looking for a Landscape Business Development Representative to help grow our landscape construction and enhancement division throughout the Fraser Valley.

This role is ideal for someone currently working in the industry who wants to take the next step in their career while maintaining a connection to the trade they love.

Who We Are

Transformation Landscaping provides landscape construction, property enhancements, maintenance, and snow services throughout the Fraser Valley.

Our culture is built around three core values:

Knowledge

We believe growth starts with learning. We invest heavily in helping our people develop new skills, expand their knowledge, and build meaningful careers.

Lifestyle

We believe your career should support the life you want to build. We encourage balance, family time, personal growth, and creating a workplace people genuinely enjoy being part of.

Communication

Strong relationships are built on trust and clarity. We value honest conversations, clear expectations, and continuous improvement.

About The Opportunity

This isn’t a traditional sales role.

We’re looking for someone who can build relationships, identify opportunities, solve problems, and help clients bring their outdoor projects to life.

You’ll spend your time meeting property owners, visiting sites, identifying landscape improvement opportunities, preparing proposals, and working closely with our operations team to turn ideas into completed projects.

You’ll be supported with company-generated opportunities, marketing initiatives, and established systems.

At the same time, we are looking for someone with a hunter mentality. Someone who enjoys creating opportunities through networking, relationship building, referrals, and proactive outreach.

The more opportunities you create, the more successful you’ll be.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Meeting with residential and commercial property owners
  • Networking with PM's and strategic partners
  • Conducting site visits and consultations
  • Identifying landscape construction and enhancement opportunities
  • Developing scopes of work and project proposals
  • Building relationships with clients, contractors, developers, and referral partners
  • Following up on leads and managing a sales pipeline
  • Working closely with operations to ensure accurate estimating and project handoffs
  • Generating self-sourced opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting
  • Representing Transformation Landscaping in the community

What We’re Looking For

We care less about formal sales experience and more about industry experience, character, and drive.

The ideal candidate is:

  • Experienced in landscaping, landscape construction, horticulture, or a related industry
  • Passionate about outdoor spaces and quality craftsmanship
  • Comfortable building relationships and meeting new people
  • Naturally curious and solutions-oriented
  • Self-motivated and accountable
  • Persistent when pursuing opportunities
  • Honest, trustworthy, and professional
  • Organized and capable of managing multiple opportunities at once
  • Strong communicator both verbally and in writing
  • Comfortable learning estimating software, CRM systems, and new technology
  • Holds a valid driver’s license

Compensation

This role offers a combination of base salary and performance-based compensation.

We are looking for someone who wants to directly influence their earning potential.

Along with company-generated opportunities, there is significant upside available for individuals who proactively create opportunities through self-generated leads, referrals, and relationship building.

For the right person, earning potential is not capped by a traditional salary structure.

Why Join Transformations Landscaping?

You’ll be joining a company that values people, invests in development, and provides real opportunity for growth.

If you’re passionate about landscaping, enjoy solving problems, and are excited by the idea of building something meaningful while controlling your own success, we’d love to hear from you.

Pay: $70,000.00-$140,000.00 per year

  • Casual dress
  • Company events
  • Dental care
  • Extended health care
  • Flexible schedule
  • Life insurance
