We are currently looking for an experienced, motivated, and reliable Landscaping Foreperson to lead our crew and bring our clients' outdoor dreams to life.

Job Summary - As the Landscaping Foreperson, you will be the driving force on our job sites. You will manage a small team, coordinate daily tasks, and work hands-on alongside your crew to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to our high standards. This role requires strong technical landscaping skills and excellent leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities : Lead, motivate, and train a crew of 2–4 landscapers on daily project tasks. On-Site Management: Review designs, manage daily schedules, and ensure materials and equipment are ready. Hands-on Execution: Perform high-quality landscaping work, including softscaping, sodding, planting, hardscaping, retaining walls, interlocking stone. Safety & Quality Control: Enforce safety protocols, ensure proper tool usage, and maintain a clean, organized job site. Client Interaction: Act as the primary on-site contact for clients, answering basic questions and maintaining professional communication. Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the daily care, cleaning, and safe operation of company trucks, trailers, and machinery.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of professional landscaping experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or lead hand role. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of softscaping, hardscaping, grading, and plant identification. Equipment Knowledge: Proficiency operating, skid steers, mini-excavators, and various power tools is a strong asset. Driver’s License: Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract (ability to tow a trailer is highly preferred).Physical Fitness: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
