Job Overview

Join our dynamic landscape construction team as a Crew Member dedicated to transforming outdoor spaces into stunning, functional environments. In this role, you will actively participate in a variety of landscape installation projects, working alongside skilled professionals to bring design visions to life. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the installation of hardscape elements such as pavers, retaining walls, and pathways using hand tools and power tools.
  • Support planting and soil preparation activities, including grading, mulching, and planting shrubs or trees.
  • Operate heavy equipment safely for excavation, trenching, or material transport under supervision.
  • Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation.
  • Perform site inspections to verify work quality and adherence to safety standards throughout each project phase.
  • Use various hand tools and power tools for building material installation, framing, or finishing tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members on tasks such as concrete forming, masonry work, roofing prep, or window and door installation.

Skills

  • Experience with construction site activities including blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings.
  • Knowledge of construction management principles and estimating processes.
  • Familiarity with Bluebeam software for digital plan review and document management is a plus.
  • Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation safely and effectively.
  • Background in carpentry, trim carpentry, framing, or drywall installation enhances versatility on the job site.
  • Ability to perform construction inspection tasks ensuring quality control across various trades like plumbing, electrical work, or masonry.
  • Understanding of building materials such as stucco, caulking, flooring, tile laying, or roofing systems.
  • Experience with glass installation, cabinet mounting, or restoration projects is advantageous.
  • Strong ability to read schematics and schematics related to electrical or plumbing systems.
  • Knowledge of concrete finishing techniques including forming and pouring concrete slabs or structures.
