Why Join Salisbury Landscaping

At Salisbury Landscaping, we don’t just design outdoor spaces — we create environments that inspire, connect, and stand the test of time. As one of Alberta’s most trusted landscape companies, we’re known for craftsmanship, creativity, and a people-first culture.

We’re looking for a Landscape Designer to lead high-end custom residential projects from concept to completion. This is a leadership role for an experienced designer who wants real ownership over design, clients, and outcomes.

You’ll be supported by an established team of designers, project development, and operations professionals — giving you the freedom to focus on what you do best: delivering exceptional landscapes.

Why is this role Different?

This isn’t about mass-produced plans or cookie-cutter yards.

You’ll:

  • Lead the creative vision on premium custom residential projects
  • Guide clients through a high-end design experience
  • Balance creativity with buildability and budget
  • Collaborate closely with Project Development and Operations
  • Influence design standards and project quality

You’ll have the trust, autonomy, and support to deliver work you’re proud of.

Ideal Candidate Profile

You’re a designer who brings both creative vision and real-world experience.

  • Creative Visionary – You turn client ideas into buildable, inspiring designs
  • Client-Focused Leader – You confidently present concepts and guide decisions
  • Organized Multitasker – You manage multiple projects without losing quality
  • Construction-Savvy – You understand how designs are built in the field
  • In-Field Experience – Hands-on installation experience is a strong asset
  • Growth-Minded – You want to improve systems, skills, and outcomes

What We Offer

Established Reputation – One of Alberta’s most respected landscape companies

Premium Projects – Custom residential work that challenges and inspires

Supportive Culture – Your expertise is valued and trusted

Compensation That Rewards Performance

  • $60,000 base salary
  • Tiered commission structure
  • Comprehensive benefits
  • Group RRSP after one year
  • Ongoing professional development

This role offers both stability and earning potential for a high-performing designer.
