Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Asphalt Paving Foreman to lead and oversee asphalt paving projects from start to finish. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate crews, ensure safety standards, and deliver high-quality results efficiently. Your leadership will drive project success by managing resources, maintaining schedules, and upholding quality control measures. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to infrastructure development while fostering a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and possesses strong construction management skills to motivate teams and ensure project excellence.

Duties

  • Lead and supervise asphalt paving crews, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Oversee daily operations on-site, including equipment setup, material delivery, and site safety complianc
  • Implement quality control procedures to meet industry standards and client specifications
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols and construction standards

Experience

  • Proven supervising experience in asphalt paving projects.
  • Extensive construction experience with a strong understanding of paving techniques and materials
  • Hands-on experience with construction equipment such as skidsteer, paver, rollers etc.
  • Knowledge of quality control practices specific to asphalt paving projects
  • Demonstrated skills in budgeting, scheduling, and project coordination within a fast-paced environment
