Position Summary:

We’re hiring Production Line workers to assist with the processing, cutting, and packaging of poultry products. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, operating machinery, and following strict safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor production line equipment and machines
  • Process, cut, and package poultry products accurately and efficiently
  • Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
  • Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
  • Maintain a clean, organized workstation throughout the shift
  • Troubleshoot basic machine issues and report malfunctions
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets
  • Assist in other areas as needed

Qualifications:

  • Mechanically inclined and comfortable operating equipment
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on product quality
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
  • Good physical stamina: standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks required
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
  • Basic knowledge of safety practices in a manufacturing setting
