About the Role

Position: Research & Development Scientist
Location: West-End Halifax HQ & Dalhousie Laboratory
Experience: Background in Chemistry required.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead High-Impact Research: Drive R&D in food, beverage and nutrition.
  • Innovate & Design: Directly influence the development of breakthrough products with mass market potential.
  • Testing: Refine formulas with detailed stability, shelf-life, sensory, and analytical testing.
  • Collaborate & Lead: Work with cross-functional teams and 3rd party labs to produce novel products at lab, pilot and commercial scale.
  • International Influence: Undertake cutting-edge research which contributes to global industry advancements.
