Quality Assurance Technician

Location: 3610 Munich Court, Windsor, Ontario
Job Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, occasional weekends as needed.
Working Hours: Shift Work, 11:00pm-7:00am, 7:00am-3:00pm, & 3:00pm-11:00pm

Our products are sold in over 4,000 stores across North America. As we continue to grow, we’re excited to welcome a Quality Assurance Technician to help ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

In this role, you’ll support our Food Safety and Quality Management System (FSQMS) by overseeing inspections, audits, and compliance with CFIA, FDA, and GFSI requirements. You’ll work closely with our production team to maintain consistent product quality while driving improvements in food safety programs.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily quality checks, inspections, and environmental monitoring.
  • Support audits, recalls, and corrective action plans.
  • Maintain QA programs, SOPs, and documentation.
  • Investigate complaints and implement preventive measures.
  • Verify product quality, packaging, and labeling compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Nutrition, or related field preferred.
  • 1–2 years HACCP experience.
  • Knowledge of CFIA, FDA, and GFSI programs.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay: $22.50-$25.00 per hour
