  • Analyze and review laboratory data to ensure accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with quality standards, GMP requirements, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
  • Support analytical method development, validation, method transfers, and laboratory investigations, including out-of-specification (OOS) results, deviations, and non-conformances.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment through routine calibration, qualification, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordination of servicing as required.
  • Develop, review, and maintain laboratory documentation, including SOPs, analytical methods, protocols, and validation records.
  • Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits and inspections by maintaining inspection-ready laboratory documentation and practices.
  • Prepare and communicate laboratory reports, testing results, trends, and recommendations to support quality and operational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.
  • 7–10 years of experience in a GMP-regulated analytical or quality control laboratory.
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience highly preferred.

Skills
